DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE & APPLICATION 

In order to impart knowledge and training to students in the state-of-the-art and state-of-the-practice computer Science, the Department of Computer Science & Application was established. The vision was to produce professional leaders, in the field of software development and research who shall enhance the technological strength of the region and the country. It is being achieved through the development of the technical as well as theoretical skills of the students through regular conventional and non-conventional teaching modes and through rigorous hands on practical training sessions. The Department provides the facilities suited for the development of skills and the team spirit among the students, inculcated in the given environment through seminars, group discussions, assignments, class tests, quizzes and design & development of dummy as well as real-time projects in the class rooms and laboratories. Keeping with the pace of the industry and requirements so as to cater to the needs of the society, the department has been regularly updating its curricula from time to time.
